Spruce Creek (Fla.) defensive end Derry Norris Jr. was one of the first official visitors for Georgia Tech this summer coming on the first weekend and the first visit impression worked as the talented pass rusher committed to the Jackets. Tech edged out Miami, Minnesota, and Purdue to land Norris.
