After a solid win in its season opener, No. 1 Alabama will look to continue to improve when it faces Fresno State for its home opener inside of Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CT. Here is everything you need to know about the Week 2 matchup:

Talking points 

Alabama will try to keep special teams special

The two biggest turning points in Alabama’s 24-7 win over Florida State last week were made by players that should come as no surprise — Damien Harris and Minkah Fitzpatrick. However, it’s where the two stars stepped up that’s a bit unusual.

Fitzpatrick, a preseason All-American safety, made his biggest impact last week when he came bursting through the line to block a field goal as the half expired. Harris, a 1,000-yard rusher last season, led the team in rushing with 73 yards and a touchdown on nine carries. However, his most important contribution came when he shot up the middle to block a punt in the third quarter.
