Two days removed from the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, former Crimson Tide players will get another opportunity to prove themselves in front of NFL scouts Wednesday as Alabama holds its annual Pro Day starting at 11 a.m. inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Facility.

There will be a total of 17 former Alabama players participating in the event: Jonathan Allen, Ryan Anderson, Dakota Ball, Gehrig Dieter, Reuben Foster, Brandon Greene, Adam Griffith, O.J. Howard, Marlon Humphrey, Eddie Jackson, Korren Kirven, Cole Mazza, Brandon Moore, Cam Robinson, ArDarius Stewart, Dalvin Tomlinson and Tim Williams.

While nine of those players (Allen, Anderson, Howard, Humphrey, Jackson, Robinson, Stewart, Tomlinson and Williams) competed in the NFL Combine, Pro Day will give Alabama’s other former players a chance to show off their ability before the NFL Draft on April 27. Coverage of the event will be broadcasted live on SEC Network from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Here are five things to watch heading into Alabama’s Pro Day:

Foster discusses dismissal

After being sent home from the NFL Combine following an altercation with a hospital worker, Foster will meet with NFL teams Tuesday to give his side of the incident, according to a letter from Foster’s agent that was tweeted by ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Tuesday.

The letter states that Foster was scheduled to meet with 16 NFL teams before being sent home and has already sent his apologies to each team. It also stated that Foster would be available for meetings inside Alabama’s linebacker meeting room from 5-8 p.m.

Recovering from a surgery on a torn rotator cuff, Foster was not scheduled to partake in any of the drills at the NFL Combine and was attending the event to interview with NFL teams. It has yet to be determined whether or not the incident will affect his status in the upcoming NFL Draft. Foster is projected by several draft analysts to be selected as a top-10 pick.

After being sent home on Friday, Foster claimed, “Nothing happened” during a live video on his Instagram, according to a report from AL.com.

“He’s going to have the opportunity to tell his story,” said Williams who stated he was with the defensive line group while Foster was with the linebackers during the time of the incident. “Every man’s got an opportunity to say his piece. Right now there’s stuff out there in the media that he’s going to have questions he’s going to have to answer.”
