Tommy Brown, four-star offensive tackle from Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California., has committed to the University of Alabama.

Brown is in Tuscaloosa attending the Champions Cook Out this weekend with his family.

Tommy Brown, four-star offensive tackle from Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California, announced his commitment via Twitter, on Friday prior to the start of the Champions Cook-Out. Brown is in Tuscaloosa for the event, and expected to remain through the weekend.Brown's commitment to Alabama comes as no surprise. He has been dreaming of an offer from the Crimson Tide for a long time. His father, Vince Brown, was on the track and field team (shot put) for Alabama in the early 80s. Brown has been an Alabama fan his entire life.
