Clinton-Dix was picked by the Green Bay Packers at No. 21 overall during the first round of the NFL Draft on Thursday.
"An exciting player, a player who's always around the ball, loves to have fun and enjoys this game," Clinton-Dix said on the NFL Network when asked what he would bring to Green Bay.
Clinton-Dix had 52 tackles, six passes defended and tied for the team lead with two interceptions despite missing two games due to a suspension.
He is the second Alabama player taken during Thursday's first round; Linebacker C.J. Mosley was taken at No. 17 overall by the Baltimore Ravens.
"Of course, I had butterflies the whole time back there," Clinton-Dix said of the wait to be drafted.
"But I'm just glad to be a Green Bay Packer."
Eight of the top 21 players taken in the draft have been from the Southeastern Conference.
