Alabama's Will Anderson now consensus All-American, named to AP team

Will Anderson's impressive streak of winning postseason honors continued on Monday as the Alabama linebacker was named to the 2022 Associated Press All-American team.

It's his third time being named a first-team All-American and was the fifth Crimson Tide player to be named to Monday's honorary team. Defensive back Brian Branch was named to the second team while running back Jahmyr Gibbs and defensive backs Jordan Battle and Kool-Aid Mckinstry made it to the third team.

Here's a complete list of the 2022 AP All-American teams.

FIRST TEAM

Running backs — Bijan Robinson, third-year, Texas; Blake Corum, third-year, Michigan.
