Grant Dickey commits to ‘Bama
Grant Dickey, from Lee High School in Tyler, Texas, has verbally committed to Alabama according to his father Wayne Dickey.
“Today just before noon Grant spoke to his head coach Mike Owens of Tyler Lee, then called and spoke to all the coaches at Alabama including Coach Fran and made his commitment to play for the Tide,” said Mr. Dickey.

“Grant is thrilled about his decision. He visited last week and really liked the situation and he really likes Coach Franchione.”
Grant stands 6’5” and weighs 300 pounds. He runs a 5.3 forty, bench presses 325 and squats 415. In high school he is playing right guard. Most colleges project him as a offensive tackle.
