Alabama has had a love-hate relationship with its special teams the past few years. The Crimson Tide has loved the consistency it has maintained in the punting game under JK Scott. However, the kicking game has seen a frustrating amount of ups and downs.
The good news for Alabama is that Scott is returning for his senior season and should continue as one of the nation’s best at the position. As for the kicking game, the Tide’s future is still up in the air after the graduation of starter Adam Griffith. Alabama will also look to narrow in on a punt returner and kick returners after using several players at both spots last season.
