WATCH: The Tony Brown Workout

Now former Alabama defensive back Tony Brown recently posted his NFL prep workout and it’s pure gold. Brown, who has been projected to go in the NFL Draft between rounds five and six works out in the video below and is absolutely grinding it out all while keeping that bright smile and providing dance moves that Alabama fans have come to love. The NFL Draft takes place on April 26 through April 28.
