UA in talks with Southern Miss
The University of Alabama is in discussions with Southern Miss to help fill out its 2015 out-of-conference schedule, The Tuscaloosa News has learned.
Alabama kicks off the season in 2015 against Wisconsin at Cowboys Stadium and plays Louisiana Monroe Sept. 26, 2015. The Crimson Tide regularly plays an FCS opponent the week before Auburn, leaving UA with one open date to fill.

In order to make the game, Southern Miss must move a couple of things around, The Tuscaloosa News has learned. Southern Miss travels to Bryant-Denny Stadium Sept. 13 this year with Alabama paying the Golden Eagles $1.4 million for the game.
