Ryans Could Commit on Visit
Bessemer (Ala) Jess Lanier linebacker Demeco Ryans could be the next Alabama verbal commitment. The 6'2" 215 pound prospect has narrowed his list to three teams, Alabama, Mississippi State, and UAB. Ryans has an official visit scheduled for January 11th with the Crimson Tide.
"I'm coming in next weekend. I'm going to check out the academics," Ryans explained. "I know about the football from my early (unofficial) visits. I want to find out about my major, electrical engineering."

Ryans, who is being recruited by Alabama coach Stan Eggan, may make his decision next weekend.
"Alabama is still my leader. I think I'll commit on my visit."
Ryans is rated a three star player by Rivals100.com and is considered by many to be the top linebacker prospect in the state of Alabama.
