Going into National Signing Day 2.0, which will be this Wednesday, February 7, Alabama has 15 early signees from the Class of 2018. Today, we recap who has already signed and spotlight both January early enrollees and those signees that will arrive in June.

December Signee, January Enrollee

Nuggets on Bolden:

Slade Bolden, three-star athlete from West Monroe High School in Louisiana, announced his commitment to the University of Alabama on August 8, 2017. He attended Alabama's camp in July where he impressed the Crimson Tide coaching staff and earned a scholarship offer from Nick Saban.

Early Enrollee

Yes - Will enroll in January

Analysis of Bolden

"Terrific athlete who can separate with ease and could play wide receiver, slot receiver or running back on offense. Sort of a Swiss Army knife prospect who balances an offense well and can be utilized in many ways. Has good speed, excellent burst and good hands. Think poor mans, Christian McCaffrey, although that's a bit heady."- Rivals.com National Recruiting Director Mike Farrell

“Bolden is a versatile athlete who plays several positions for his high school team, including quarterback. I think he probably transitions best to a slot receiver in college, but I could also see him taking carries out of the backfield or being an all-purpose back. As a pass catcher he runs great routes and has very consistent hands, but what doesn’t get talked about enough with him is his speed. He clocked several impressive 40 times over the summer and I think that’s one of the reasons a lot of schools fell in love with him as the process moved along.”- Rivals.com Southeast Recruiting Analyst Woody Wommack.

Nuggets on Wynn

Stephon Wynn, Rivals100 defensive end from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida (by way of Anderson, South Carolina), announced his commitment on July 1, 2017 to the University of Alabama. Wynn released a top three of Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. Many considered the Bulldogs the long-time favorite with the Gamecocks No. 2 on the list.

Early Enrollee?

Yes - Will enroll in January

Analysis of Wynn

"Big, athletic kid who has added size without losing quickness in the last year. Good use of hands. He can play outside or inside as he continues to grow and fits in many schemes. He is still raw in many aspects especially off contact, but has a great motor and wants to be great."- Rivals.com National Recruiting Director Mike Farrell.
