Alabama recruiting the West
It has been nothing short of spectacular when it comes to Alabama recruiting outside of the Southeast. Alabama has reeled in top players from each region of the country. The Crimson Tide could potentially have more signees in the 2018 class from the West than from the state of Alabama.
Alabama has landed top players from the West such as All-American punter JK Scott from Colorado; former Alabama defensive tackle Jesse Williams was a transfer from Arizona Western. Alabama also reeled in quarterback Cooper Bateman who was considered a top player from Utah.

Alabama expected to have small in-state class
It's been a while since the University of Alabama signed a double-digit number of players from within the state borders. Alabama has signed the No. 1 recruiting class eight times in the last 10 years, so the Tide coaches know how to balance a class depending on position needs for the team. Nick Saban focuses on the best players at each position regardless of their location.

BONE: Recruits will attend Bama/FSU game
Alabama is allowed to have recruits at the opening game in Atlanta. I will have a complete list in the next few weeks. A pair of prospects I have heard who expect to attend include Emory Jones and Tyson Campbell. More insider information from Andrew Bone Here
