Ryan Kelly sprains knee, game time decision vs. AU
Center Ryan Kelly sprained his knee and will be a game-time decision for Saturday's game against Auburn.
Alabama coach Nick Saban gave the update on Kelly's status during his press conference on Wednesday night. Kelly suffered the injury during Tuesday's practice.
If he misses Saturday's game, it would be the second time Kelly had missed time this year. Saban said he "stretched" his MCL in Alabama's 25-0 win over Ole Miss on Sept. 28, then missed the next three games as Chad Lindsay took over the starting duties.
Kelly has started the last four games. Lindsay would be expected to take his place in the starting lineup.
"Chad Lindsay did great when he played and we did great on the offensive line," Saban said. "We have every confidence in him, we view him as a starter."
