Camp visit helps AU with Rivals100 ATH

Prichard (Ala.) Vigor ATH Burton Scott planned to visit Auburn last weekend for the Tigers' final camp. He just didn't intend to participate.

That didn't last long.

The 5-foot-11, 195-pound Rivals100 prospect not only participated in camp, he did it at two different positions and was impressive at both.

"I couldn't stand to just watch," said Scott, the No. 5 ATH in the country according to Rivals.com. "It went good. I had fun."

Although Scott got reps in at wide receiver and cornerback, it was on offense where he spent the majority of the time.

"I like receiver the best. Cornerback, that's where my future may be, but I'm going to enjoy playing receiver while I can," he said. "I thought I did pretty good."
