FSU looking at defensive standout from Alabama

Every year Florida State dips into Alabama hoping to sign one of the state's top prospects away from the Tide and Tigers. In 2008, that trend will continue as the 'Noles are involved with a number of Alabama prospects. One of those prospects hearing from the Seminoles is Gadsden City High School defensive standout Jerrell Harris.



"I am talking to Florida State," Harris told Warchant.com. "They have not offered me yet though."




The 6-foot-3, 220-pounder has spoken to Florida State recruiting coordinator John Lilly on a few occasions and believes an offer may come in the near future.
