INSIDER REPORT: Special teams takes a step back

For much of the season, the University of Alabama's special teams were among the nation's best. But over the last two games, the unit hasn't played to the standard it set through the first seven.

Not coincidentally, the level of play took a dip with the absence of Vinnie Sunseri, who tore his left anterior cruciate ligament in the Arkansas game.

The dropoff was evident against LSU, with Odell Beckham Jr. racking up 174 yards on kickoff returns, including an 82-yard return in the fourth quarter.
