This and That: Savannah State

November 14, 2011 - Saturday, the Hoyas dispatched a game yet overmatched Savannah State team via a 20-4 run to start the second half, leaving the Tigers in a catch up mode that would only see their 20 point deficit at the 12:53 mark, whittled by only six. Georgetown, who prevailed 83-54, was led in scoring by senior center Henry Sims's 19 points. Junior forward Hollis Thompson contributed 14 points.
