UCLA Big Man Camp - Part I

The UCLA coaching staff were able to get a close look at some of the best big men in California and even one of the best defensive tackle prospects from the state of Washington, Danny Shelton (6-3, 300) from Auburn, Wash., Shelton was a dominating presence and what makes his performance even more impressive is he didn't arrive to LAX until 10:00 AM and went straight to the show.

Shelton plays a position of great need and if his performance is any indication, he may have shot to the head of the class. He's big, powerful, strong and quick. Whoever lands this guy will be getting a defensive tackle with a motor. He took a lot of reps and was like the Eveready Bunny at the end of the camp. Shelton has offers from California, Idaho, Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA, Washington and Washington State.
