Fannie and Freddy started the whole down slide of the Financial system when it helped bring down major banks....and I am almost positive more than a few liberals had A LOT to do with that while they made their money. I don't care who the President is as long as he makes it a LAW that if you don't pay taxes, you can't vote. Sounds funny, but people that live off our tax dollars can also help decide how much we pay in taxes by voting. Something just aint right about that.....

The POTUS is the head figure of the world. What he does and says effects everything one way or the other. Good or bad. To not believe that is naive at best. Ignorant at worst. No matter who is in the white house.

As much as I'm looking forward to next season, I'm also a little anxious. I don't believe the world is ending on 12/21/12, only God knows the day. But I believe the nuts and crazies will come out of the woodwork and reek havoc. I think how we live will be affected because of it. And world events do seem to be culminating towards something. Maybe it's my imagination. If something does actually happen, at least we are going out on top of the college football world. As it should be :-)

Great news for those fools worried. The Mayan period ended several years ago. It's a fact. They did not add leap year. It's made for tv the 12-21-12 stuff. It pasted a few years ago. Look it up if you doubt. That 12-21 stuff is stupid. And a fact it over already.

No he won't destroy our country, he is spending money like its going out of style....when he is done you might be able to buy a stick of chewing gum with a dollar. If we don't get it under control then God help those in the urban areas cause a bankrupt us economy will have starving mobs in the street. Country folks like me me and family will survive because we can grow our own food and defend it with the guns the dems make fun of us for having..
I know this scenario sounds crazy but it is ALOT closer than you think..

Government spending has always been a political issue between the consevatives,and lib's. Last year they fought hard over a balance budget amendment. Obama,and the democrats will not give in to this because by law they would have to cut their voters entitlement programs. Should voters have to show that they are legal to vote? According to Obama they shouldn't. How many Trillions dollars of debt owed to china will it take before you say enough? How low does our currency have to drop before you believe this isn't a joke,and we are in trouble? If your problem is class envy then hear this. If we taxed the top two percent of wage earners, 100 percent this year, then we could only run this government until may. The only way to solve our problems is to make changes Nick Saban style!

Barney frank was in charge of Fannie and Freddy when they made those bad loans, Bill Clinton got Fannie and Freddy in trouble when he sponser bills to allow anyone to own a home. More entitlements. Some people need to rent!

Pardon me, but Obama didn't put the system in place that allowed men to gain value on overblown derivatives and other risky financial instruments. Our economy is still suffering the aftershock of risky financial dealings that were made possible by members of both parties, frankly, but especially by Republicans who tend to back Wall Street's dealings, even when they aren't very smart. Obama isn't my favorite president (that would be Regean), but he's a helluva sight better than Bush.

Haven't you guys figured out that the President doesn't control the U.S. financial system---Wall Street does! That's why we've been in the situation we have been. Repubs believe in "free Market" which lets the Wall Street crooks run amuck. Dems don't know, anymore, what they believe in! We really need a viable third party that represents the majority of us and not the extremes. Just my opinion.
