My answer is simple: he has paid no attention to the people of his own district (mine) for years. There's a sign when you get off US59 at Kingwood with an arrow to Paul's office. There is only one arrow. So how do his people he's allegedly representing bring matters up to him?! They can't/don't and the fact that he could be considered a Presidential candidate is horrifying. He is basically unavailable, and I've had enough of that with Mr. Obama, and that's a polite way to address the fool, imo.
