How do I play? Each week this football season, Tidesports.com will post five college games on the message board. When that link is posted, be one of the first 25 subscribers to reply on the thread with your picks, and your name will go into the drawing. How do I know if my name has been drawn? Simply check out our Friday blog feature previewing Alabama's next game, and we'll post a video of the drawing there. The members who replied on the aforementioned thread will have their usernames placed in a hopper, and two subscribers will be drawn out. How does the contest work? Each week's drawing of two names will designate one player for the "Crimson Team" and one for the "White Team". The Crimson and White teams will compete against each other with their accumulated picks record over the course of the season. At the end of the season, all 13 members of the winning team will have their names placed in a final drawing. Five of those 13 will be pulled from the hopper, with each winning a one-year subscription. Can I win a one-year subscription if I participated on the losing team? Yes. At the end of the season, we will also draw one winner from every member throughout the season who posted a 5-0 record in any given week, and another winner from every member who beat both Goodbread and Copeland in any given week. That makes a total of seven one-year subscription prizes. |
