August 15, 2012 Cecil Hurt TideSports.com Editor Talk about it in Talk of Champions TUSCALOOSA | University of Alabama senior guard Ben Eblen will forego his final year of basketball eligibility to concentrate on academics, The News has learned. Eblen is on schedule to graduate from UA in December. In three years, Eblen has played in 92 games at UA , starting twice. His primary role was backup point guard. In 2011-12, Eblen averaged 0.7 ppg in 29 games.
