FSU coaches check out nation's No. 1 WR
Playing on Thursday night didn't give Florida State an advantage on the field, but did give the 'Noles an advantage in recruiting. With no planning to do on Friday, several of the Seminole coaches hit the recruiting trail, checking out a few top prospects. One of them is five-star wide receiver Julio Jones.
Offensive coordinator Jimbo Fisher, wide receivers coach Lawrence Dawsey, and offensive line coach Rick Trickett paid a visit to Foley High School to watch the No. 1 receiver in the nation put on a show.
The Rivals100 member has no favorites at this point, but he's hearing from all the big schools like FSU, Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, Alabama, and Auburn just to name a few.
