For most teens, summer is usually a time for vacation and taking it easy. Conversely, summertime for high school football players is hectic with camps, weight lifting, and conditioning.

One player from the football-rich state of Alabama says the time for relaxation is almost over.

Lester, a 6-foot-2, 205-pound safety, is clearly taking his time in the recruiting process. He has been very patient as his first Division I offers have rolled in.

Lester has offers from Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana-Lafayette and Marshall.
