Julio talks Tide
He is universally regarded as the top football prospect in the state of Alabama for 2008, and like all national recruits, Foley's Julio Jones will not just entertain the in-state programs in his living room over the next 11 months.
With early offers from Florida, LSU, Louisville and West Virginia among others, Jones has a large list of suitors to whittle down in the coming months. Luckily for fans of the Crimson Tide, it appears that Alabama has more than held its own in impressing the 6-foot-4, 215-pound physical specimen.
"I liked everything about Alabama when I went there for Junior Day," said Jones, who is a member of the Rivals' Junior All-America team and Rivals100 to Watch for the Class of 2008.
