Bama gets ready for tough fight
The Crimson Tide players expect to leave Arkansas this weekend with a win but also with plenty of bumps and bruises.
"I am trying to step it up a little bit and let the younger guys know we have not played any yet that's going to be like Arkansas, with their speed intensity and how physical they are on the field," said center Antoine Caldwell. "I have to step up this week in practice and let the guys know we have to get after it."
"I think this week will be the toughest cornerbacks we've faced this year," said wide out DJ Hall. "They're real aggressive and they play a lot of man coverage. We've got to be ready for them to be in our faces. We've got to have some quicker moves and use our hands a little more."
One way the Tide offense plans on dealing with Arkansas' physicality is to bring a little of their own, courtesy of the Tide's two bruising fullbacks Le'Ron McClain and Tim Castille.
