Jesse Williams is departing as the University of Alabama football team's resident strongman. Darren Lake may be able to fill that roll.

Williams, the brawny defensive lineman from Australia, famously bench pressed 600 pounds last summer. Lake, a nose guard from York, has topped out at around 500 pounds so far, but he may yet get there.
