Like Frankenstein's monster listening to the blind peasant playing the violin, Alabama showed that it still has a human side last Saturday night before pulling out a heart-stopping win over LSU. That still won't matter to the other 13 teams in the Power Poll, though, as they continue to pursue the Crimson Tide with pitchforks, torches and, this week, Johnny Football. The first official coach firing of the SEC year also took place so we will see if coaching changes always mean happiness.
