Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter's Prep is no stranger to producing BCS level talent, so it should not come as a surprise that a 2015 player from the program recently picked up his first offer. Defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick enjoyed a successful freshman season last fall, which helped him land his first offer from Rutgers this summer.
