West Virginia had always been a school of interest for Clover Hill (Midlothian, Va.) wide receiver Joel Caleb.

But he couldn't quite put his finger on the reason.

"I'm not really sure why I started liking them or how they got on my list. But I watched them play and they always had fast wide receivers," he said.
