Mornhinweg hopes to see the Vols this summer
While science has yet to prove the existence of a certain football gene that's a trait past down from the father to the son, that lack of proof still gives hope the existence of such a gene is possible. Think Manning's and Berry's. Now, Tennessee is hoping to be the beneficiary of another son of a football lifer. The Vols recently extended a verbal scholarship offer to Pennsylvania quarterback Skyler Mornhinweg, the son of Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg.
